Gary joined the club in June.   He rides a black cherry pearl and pewter pearl 2007 Ultra Classic.  He has enjoyed meeting all the members and thanks everyone for making him feel welcome. Gary is looking forward to riding with the group in 08.  Welcome aboard Gary we all look forward to riding with you also.

Jerry Gray

I have been a member since 2006.  My wife and I were looking at purchasing a Automobile when she looked at me and said "Why don't you get a bike like Pauls".  So I rushed to the local Harley Davidson dealership and bought my first harley, a 2006 Dyna Super Glide Custom.  My first bike (back in 1978) was a Honda 450 and then a Yamaha 750 Special.  I eventually moved up to ride a Kawasaki Police 1000 for a company in Arizona.  I had always dreamed of being a proud owner of a Harley, but never thought it would ever happen. 
I am originally from Wisconsin and moved to Colorado with my wife Joell and daughters Hannah and Sarah.  I work for the Sheriffs Department and volunteer with the Lower Valley Fire District. 

Tommie Breeden

Tommie is a 45 year old transplant from Virginia.  He moved to the Grand Junction area two years ago.  He works in the underground mining industry.  He enjoys golf, hunting and riding every chance he gets on his 2005 Road King. He is looking forward to making some friends and great riding memories for years to come.  Welcome aboard Tommie.

It is exciting for me to be a HOG member, and I look forward to being part of more rides in the future.  Though I have had my motorcycle endorsement since the “70s”, I really have not been around a bike for a long time, that is until a few years ago.  That is when I realized if I wanted to see my husband Chip on the weekends, it was time to feel the wind in my face again.  Being old and wanting a ride a bit more comfortable than his Sportster, we found a 2004 Ultra Glide Classic.  I have been very happy being the back seat rider, but decided to brush up my skill and had a blast taking the riders course in March of 2007.  In August we purchased a 2008 Ultra Glide Classic, and took off on a trip the first of September enjoying the new bike over 3,500 miles.  My goals in 2008 are more group rides, and riding the big beast more on my own.   

Doug Sparn

Doug is 32 years old and finally bought his first Harley Davidson! He rides an 07" dyna glide "street bob" and it kicks ass! He works full-time for the city of Grand Junction at Two Rivers Convention Center but tries to make riding his full-time activity! He has some riding experience, but didn’t really start riding until he was sitting on some tough American steel on wheels! (8/23/06) He can now honestly say he knows what it means when you "live to ride & ride to live"!
